I receive many, many emails from people asking my advice on all things from what paints I use to how I manage to keep an all white house clean.

I thought it might be a good idea to set up this page of my top tips and products I use and recommend.  I hope it helps  and if you have any questions about anything you see or are inspired by my blog, please do leave a comment below or email me at

The magic sponge – Use it to clean floors, walls, cupboards, paintwork, stainless steel, cookers anywhere at all.  Take a peak at the video.  The sponges are disposable, one sponge will clean approx one average wooden kitchen floor or for example the bathroom, tiles, sink etc.

I buy mine in bulk from Ebay, they are really good value for money, have no harmful chemicals or smell.
